Easier said than…
“It’s easier said than done” – a common response when solutions are presented to people.
But my question to them is: have you even tried it?
Or do you have a better solution?
How can you conclude something is difficult without taking the necessary steps to try?
It all comes down to mindset.
If you truly want to accomplish something, even if there’s a chance it might not work, you take the leap because that’s how progress happens. And if it doesn’t pan out, you adapt and find another way, but you don’t stop yourself—or others—from pursuing a solution that could succeed.
Take the development of electric cars as an example. Despite initial doubts and challenges, companies didn’t give up on a vision of sustainability. Instead, they innovated, improved, and created a viable solution that now shapes the future of transportation.
It may seem easier said than done, but you'll never know the outcome unless you try.
What’s your mindset when it comes to tackling challenges?
