As part of the 'START Here – Supporting Youth Employment and Potential' program under Canada’s Youth Employment and Skills Strategy (YESS), I played a pivotal role in equipping over 200 youth, including at-risk individuals and recent immigrants, with vital personal and professional skills. I provided tailored one-on-one support to 100+ participants, helping them overcome career challenges and navigate pathways to success. By collaborating with external facilitators, I coordinated workshops on financial management, conflict resolution, and team building, significantly enhancing employability. My meticulous project management ensured that 97.6% of participants secured employment, with the remaining pursuing educational opportunities, reflecting a 99.9% overall success rate.

I serve as the Chair of the Community Engagement in the Arts Committee, overseeing strategic leadership and policy development aligned with TCCL's Strategic Plan. In this role, I drive initiatives aimed at fostering community engagement and ensuring the organization's long-term sustainability. Additionally, I am actively involved in contributing to policy development, community outreach efforts, and participating in the hiring process to align new members with our organizational values and mission. I also serve as a juror for the Residency Program, evaluating applications and selecting candidates based on their merit and alignment with program objectives.

I did a comprehensive analysis of Canada’s crisis communications response to the COVID-19 pandemic, with a focus on the Tandem Information Model. I transcribed and extracted key information from daily federal news briefings, enabling a detailed examination of crisis messaging. By collaborating directly with the creators of the Tandem Information Model, I incorporated expert feedback into my assessment. My extensive literature review highlighted gaps in corporate crisis communication models, particularly in addressing political crises. The findings were synthesized into a 50-page thesis, receiving an A- grade, underscoring its uniqueness and impact.

I coordinated the European Union election observation mission working with the PM, supporting 10 analysts and 60 long-term observers. From visa facilitation to organizing press conferences and executive meetings, I ensured seamless operations, resulting in a 100% mission success rate. By managing protocol and overseeing the election observer unit, I streamlined reporting processes and fortified key stakeholder relationships with government bodies, enhancing the mission’s credibility and impact. -
At UN - World Food Program I maintained comprehensive grant documentation and facilitated high-level meetings with international agencies like USAID, AUSAID, and DFID, achieving a 100% compliance rate. I coordinated diplomatic field visits, spearheading the launch of a girl’s high school initiative, which significantly boosted engagement and donations. Additionally, I contributed to negotiation meetings with federal and provincial governments, resulting in a 90% increase in donor funding commitments, bolstering the success of the Country Strategic Plan (2018-2022).

Served as a member Youth Parliament Pakistan for 2015 and - As an elected Chairperson of the Standing Committee on National Security and Foreign Affairs, I along with my committee members researched and created a report on the efficiency of the National Action Plan of Pakistan and recommended practical solutions to make the plan more sustainable. The recommendations were presented to key stakeholders which made it to the final plan in implementation on national level.
